How long does it take to get your home up for sale?

If your home is completely show ready, I can get you on the market with as little as 2 weeks notice!

In that time, I’ll get you squared up on listing paperwork, have professional photos and/or video done, set your home up to show on multiple websites and search platforms and take care of printing marketing materials.

What exactly do I mean by show ready? A show ready home is clean and decluttered with maintenance tasks taken care of. It means that your home is welcoming, inviting and ready to be toured by potential buyers. I always do a walkthrough consultation that is personalized to your home. There are some exceptions here if you are selling your home as a “fixer-upper”, but there are still things we can do to make the best first impression possible.
